What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I generally assess their current ability ( if some or very little),then work from there..I teach them reading,timing,ear training ,and start to work on a song they may like,if I feel it is comfortable for them at their current level,or for the future.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Four year degree in music ,and arranging certificate,as well as 35 years of music teaching experience ,from children to adults.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I prefer 50 dollars per hour,if traveling to a students home,but negotiable.Half hour lessons 25.00 dollars.
