Hello! My name is Giselle DaSilva and I have been teaching piano independantly for the past 5 years. I have also been accompanying the Cumberland High School Chorus and directing a community choir in Cumberland called the Sparkling Singers for 5 years. I teach beginner piano technique as well as music theory. It is very important for me to create a fun learning environment where students are eagar for their piano lessons and to practice the skills they have learned afterwards. I have taught students raging from the age of 9 to 47, and have a flexible schedule.
If you are interested in taking piano lessons, please contact me at (401)-500-2388.
My favorite part of teaching piano is forming a bond with my students and their families- I am a very warm person, so I become very invested in the students I work with! I find it very satisfying when I can tell a student is enjoying their lesson. Even better, I love coming back the next week and being able to hear the improvements a student has made from practicing by themselves.
Giselle is amazingly talented. She is flexible and knows how to meet the student at their level. Always willing to go the extra mile and always considers the student needs and wants. She is kind and she is passionate about her work. Highly recommend!!
Makes learning so much fun. Great musician. Very talented.
Very easy and fun to learn from, patient teacher, and very knowledgable!
Giselle’s teaching technique is valuable and incredible. Whether you are begining as a child or an adult she will help you as you can always learn something off of her unique skills. Furthermore, Giselle will take the time to help you learn it just right as she cares greatly about you and your learning. Therefore, the best option for a piano teacher whether you are begining or continuing to learn piano is Giselle.
