About
I have more than 30 years of experience as a performing musician and music teacher, both in the classroom and as a private teacher. My goal is to teach the basics of a strong musical foundation, and use creativity to foster a love for music in my students.

How did you get started teaching?
I started singing in church when I was 5, and always loved music. My dad bought me a piano when I was in 4th grade and I started taking piano lessons. I began entering talent shows in 6th grade, and was well known in the area for my music. When I was in 9th grade, I began teaching piano lessons and have been doing it ever since! My love of music led me to major in music and pursue it as a career.
