Artelia, better known to many as ‘Tia’ serves as a Music Coordinator, skilled musician, band consultant and clinician. Blessed to be birthed in a rich musical church and family, she has been playing Piano and Organ for over 25 years. She teaches Private Piano and Organ lessons as well as online Organ lessons at themusiciantrainingcenter.com. She has studied and received certification from Berklee School of Music in Music Theory and Keyboard Skills.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I teach you from where you are. Everyone is different therefore it’s best to see what you know and build upon that and the fundamentals to make sure you have a good foundation to build upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
She furthered her education and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Master’s of Business Administration from Francis Marion University. She is currently enrolled at Berklee School of Music and will have certifications in Music Theory and Keyboard Skills by Summer of June 2019.
