Jim Fox Piano Studio offers lessons in the Brentwood/ South Nashville area. Jim Fox has been teaching piano for over 30 years and for 20 years in the Nashville area. Jim holds a BA degree in music/piano from California State University Los Angeles. The lessons are personalized for each individual student interest and talent. Classical, popular and jazz styles are available for the student development. Jim is a member of Music Teachers National Association, Tennessee Music Teachers Association and The Nashville Area Music Teachers Association.     When I work with a new student I find what types of music they are interested in. There level of experience is important to me. If they are beginning, intermediate or advanced  tells me where I need to start. 

    BA in Music/Piano Cal State University Los Angeles. Over 25  years experience in teaching piano. Member of Nashville Area Teachers Association, Tennessee Music Teachers Association and Music Teachers National Association.

    $96 per month for for four 30 minute lessons. 45 minute and 60 minute lessons also available.

    I first started teaching when I was in college. After graduation I started teaching and performing on a regular basis.

    I've worked with a large variety of students. From 4 years to 80 years old. Begining, intermediate and advanced levels. I can work with student in the popular, classical and jazz styles.
