I can't say enough about Mr. Weinberg. We've been with him since Belmont Academy and wouldn't go to any other teacher. He's knowledgeable, skilled and loves to share his joy of music.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I offer a free "get acquainted" meeting. New students start right in with the Faber Piano Adventures series. Transfers play for me to determine level, and then I match them to the Faber method.

B.Mus. in church music and MME (master of music ed.)

How did you get started teaching?

Taught on the side for many years through church jobs, then was recruited in 2000 by Belmont Academy as a staff instructor.

What types of students have you worked with?

All sorts, young and old, gifted and not so, "normal" and autistic...you name it!

My semi-annual student recitals are a highlight of the year.
