My methodology is based around vocal and mental health education. Performing requires transparency and a vulnerable exploration of oneself. Therefore, knowledge of one's physical capability and emotional expression is necessary to inform the overall growth and development of a vocalist.
I love watching my clients set a goal and accomplish it. It is a fulfilling experience knowing that I was part of the process which empowered my client to dig deep within their ability and succeed.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have had my fair share of teachers/ coaches who did not see eye to eye with my own personal goals. So, I understand the importance of having a teacher that is also a mentor and helps you take the necessary steps towards reaching your dreams.
I take into consideration your history with music along with the goals you have with your voice. Together, we establish a game plan in order for you to succeed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vocalist and pianist with over 15 years of stage experience. Assistant Produced two full-length a cappella albums, including a CARA award-winning Album.
Performed professionally at several Opera Houses around the country. Recipient of two Master's Degrees in both Vocal Performance and Vocal Pedagogy with the Singing Health Specialization Certificate.

What types of students have you worked with?
I routinely work with beginner, amateur, and professional musicians!
Students have had success on National Tours, Telivision, Broadway, Cruise Ships, and more.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Choose a teacher that fits YOU. Connecting with someone's personality is a big deal for vocal lessons. Everyone has their individual style, and it is important that you work with the person you feel most comfortable with.
Also, do research! Find out their background as an educator, and what technique they teach. Your voice is a delicate instrument and it's important that you learn from someone who is knowledgeable.
