    Our process begins with building confidence in each individual, whether youth or adult. We focus on creating a supportive environment that helps every client believe in themselves first. From there, we tailor a development plan—whether for basketball or personal fitness—designed to meet their current level and long-term goals, taking it one step at a time.
    Our team brings a background in Early Childhood Education and Business Marketing, and we are certified in CPR. Additionally, I am a certified strength and conditioning trainer, allowing me to provide effective and safe personal training for athletes and adults of all fitness levels.
    Yes, our standard rate is $50 per session. We also offer monthly packages and custom plans for individuals or families. Please contact the coach directly to discuss options based on your goals and training frequency.
    I grew up playing basketball and always felt called to teach and lead through the game. I started coaching a team in 2021 and discovered a deep passion for private and small-group training. Helping clients improve—whether it’s a youth athlete gaining confidence or an adult achieving a fitness goal—is what motivates me daily.
    I’ve worked with clients ranging from 6 years old to adults in their 40s and beyond. My experience includes beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes, as well as adults looking to improve strength, conditioning, or general wellness. Each session is customized based on the individual’s goals and fitness level.
    Recently, I had a youth athlete who was initially afraid of physical contact and lacked confidence. After consistent training, she’s now playing with toughness, scoring confidently, and even showing leadership on her team. Watching that growth is why I do what I do.
