Hello, My name is Elizabeth Milman, and I recently graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with my Bachelors of Music. My degree was Piano Performance and Pedagogy. I have studied with well-known professors, such as Dr. John Solomons and Dr. Young-Hyun Cho for the past four years. I started teaching piano in 2012, and have continued while attending UTA. Right now, I am focusing on building up my own studio. Some educational background:
Each semester, I performed in monthly recitals and accompanied other students for their juries and performances. I have also played the celeste with the University of Texas Arlington Symphony Orchestra. I am a recipient of the "Liberal Arts Endowed Scholarship" and the Outstanding Freshman Scholarship. My students range from 5 years old to working adults, and they have learned the basics of piano as well as music theory and concepts of musical expression. My students learn how to read sheet music and play the piano classically. I am also able to teach Church music and lead sheets for those who play in churches with their worship bands.
