I am Italian and I live the Italian cousine as a fundamental cultural aspect of my life. I love showing how Italian cooking at home can be simple, healthy, and very tasty, just using few simple ingredients. While cooking we will also focus on the product and produce we are using, understanding their life and their nutritional aspects.
I strongly believe that cooking is strictly connected to our happines: a consciuos and healthy cooking with nurture your body and give you not only pleasure but also make you feel energized.
I teach how to explore the Italian cousine, its original flavours, and acquaring skills to prepare yummy meals using local and available products.
I am certified Roman Pizza Style. This a high hydration, long fermented pizza, healthy and easier to digest. I can teach how to make this pizza and other sytles at home.
I teach how to bake sourdough bread from scratch using sourdough mother.
I have been cooking and eating plant based for almost 3 years and I would love to intruduce you and explore with you the benefits of this type of diet and limitless possibilites of taste.
I am not a professional chef, but I have been cooking for 30 years at home, for family, friends, and for parties of 20-30 people. I can show and teach and to acquire great skills to be an amazing chef at your house. That's where we start our journey.
I think that cooking is an act of love for others and for ourself. I love cooking; I love to prepare tasty and healthy food for people.
I like to show how behind every product there is a story; how organic and healthy products can impact our life in positive way, making us feeling amazing.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I establish with the student what are his/her goals and offer some dishes we can prepare. We learn cooking techniques and information about products and produce we use while cooking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified Roman Pizza Style chef (Roman Pizza Academy).
I have been cooking at home for more than 30 years. I regularly cook for small parties of friends and sometimes for bigger parties (20-30 people).
I was born in Italy. I have I lived in Italy for 32 years and I have always explored and studied my country traditions and culture.
I have been cooking and eating plant based food for over 3 years.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching children (my sons and his friends) making pizza. I used to teach my friends italian cousine and plant based cousine.

Children: 5-10 year old
Young adults: 11-19 year old
Adults: 20-60 year old
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have taught a group of young women (about 14 year old) how to make pizza from scratch at a birthday party. I loved it because they were very mindful and open to try something new, calm and respectuful. Beautiful experience.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would look for a teacher that can approach cooking in a fun way, showing me the pleasure in cooking a meal and enjoying the process.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Every question is a good question. Let the teacher know your need and then a proper lesson can be set up to meet your desired goal.
