What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Lessons are built out from basic to advanced within several different categories and techniques. We begin with a skills assessment and drop in to lesson plans based upon the comfortability of the student with basic techniques. We also spend about an hour discussing foods most often purchased and how to efficiently purchase food for the week.
