I am a registered dietitian and my partner is a LeCordon Bleu trained chef. We love to teach people how to cook, create meals, menus, food for special occasions and to prepare great tasting food within any diet restrictions they may have.
Teaching people about great food and how to prepare it. My clients are often amazed at learning easy preparation techniques that they can apply to a variety of foods. As a dietitian, it is so rewarding to help people learn to make healthy food taste good!
Working with my partner who is a chef also allows us to also teach clients new cooking techniques as well as teaching them beautiful presentation skills.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get to know my students cooking preferences, what they have available to them to prepare food, their current skills and what they personally want to learn or accomplish. I tailor my teaching to my student at ever step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered and licensed dietitian with 10 years of food service management experience. My partner is a trained chef and has experience teaching cooking classes to groups and individuals as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Lessons run from $75 up depending on the complexity and the amount of time it takesto provide the lesson you prefer. Additionally, cost of food choices will be factored in if you prefer the food is purchased for the lesson by the instructor.
