At Nine Muses Studio, we believe anyone can be a musician. If you have a passion for music and a willingness to learn, you can become a great singer. Whether you're aiming for a career as a musician, preparing for a big audition, planning to enter a competition, or want to be the best singer in your church choir, voice lessons can help you on your path to excellence. Nine Muses Studio teaches a variety of styles, including classical, musical theater, jazz, and various contemporary genres.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Music degree from Texas State University (2001) and a Master of Arts degree from Chapman University (2007). I have been a member of NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing) since 2010
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I offer 30 min, 45 min and 60 min lessons at the rates of $40, $55 and $70 per lesson.
I offer discounts to students who pay for 3 more lessons up front: 3 45min lessons are $150 and 3 60min lessson are $180.
How did you get started teaching?
When I first taught a lesson I didn't even realize I was teaching. I was helping a college classmate with a piece she was working on for her senior recital. One passage was really hard for her, and she found me practicing one night and asked for help. I loved so much that I was able to help her! That's when I realized how exciting it was to be a teacher.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently coached a small choir for the HBO television show The Leftovers and was able to direct them on set during filming. It was an exciting experience and the young singers I worked with were great!
