About
With over a decade of experience in competitive tennis and coaching, I am dedicated to helping players of all levels achieve their goals on the court. My coaching journey includes five rewarding years in college tennis, highlighted by my tenure at Xavier University, where I earned prestigious accolades including the Regional Assistant Coach of the Year and National Assistant Coach of the Year. Additionally, I served as an assistant coach for the men’s teams at Arizona State and Pepperdine, where I honed my skills in player development and strategy.
I also spent a year coaching high school tennis, where I had the honor of mentoring the first player to win a state singles title since myself. This experience allowed me to share my knowledge and passion for the game with the next generation of athletes.
As a player, I competed at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where we finished as conference runner-ups twice and I was named First Team All-Conference. I proudly contributed to a top 20 nationally ranked team, playing line 1 singles and doubles, and serving as team captain. My competitive background includes winning three state singles championships and two team championships in high school tennis in Louisiana, alongside achieving a number 1 state ranking in juniors.
I am passionate about fostering a positive and rewarding environment for my students, focusing on skill enhancement, mental toughness, and a love for the game. Let’s work together to elevate your game and reach new heights in tennis!
