I teach practical combative skills that you can keep for the rest of your life to protect yourself and along the way give you a great workout! I have excellent control and can even spar and grapple with students for conditioning and the ability to practice application of techniques. You're welcome to schedule each week lessons at my private gym or I can bring the gym to you! Great for work from home, at home work outs, COVID friendly! If we don't feel good we don't work out! I have a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, 12 years experience wrestling and practicing nogi Jiu Jitsu Muay Thai Boxing and mixed martial arts. I've competed in the MMA cage 5x as an amateur and am soon making my pro debut in mixed martial arts.
$40 for a single session. (1hour plus depending on how you feel)
