Basic: Teaches the fundamentals of proper foot work and hand work, learn how to use your maximum power to strike an opponent to your full abilities. You will learn self defense an these techniques that you will learn will start off slow and gradually move in a fast paced, this is a fun full body workout program that will stick with you for a lifetime.
Intermediate: More bag and mit work. This will be a fast paced class knowing how to react when your in a certain position to counter your oppponent and throw accurate sufficient punches. Full body workout will bet at all time high advise you to be in shape for this one.
Advanced: A lot of sparing, full body workout expect to be in your best shape for this one. Supervised sparring occurs in advanced classes. Students who train in boxing can expect a great workout that will burn fat, build strength, increase stamina, and promote fluidity in movement. Sparring occurs only in the advanced classes, which are marked on the schedule.

I’am a veteran, I served in the US Army for 4 years and now for the past 2 years I have been training as a boxer.
