What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I became a cancer patient, I began to research and study all options and recent studies in nutrition. I knew that the American food menu needed to be changed in a big way. Today I am a cancer survivor !!
I now cook any kind of menu but in the healthiest way. I became a recipe developer first for my own family and then others wanted my recipes. I even learned how to grow my own food in the city. Now we have moved to the country and I can't want to start my new homestead!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the restaurant business for 25 years and became a professional cook. Recently attending classes in Natural Cooking in 2014, 2105, 2016, 2017,2018 I was out of town,2019.
