Top Level Taekwondo

It's new, it's young, has an instructor with high energy, fun classes, and year's of experience. It's a mix of traditional and Olympic sport Taekwondo. There's fitness, self defense, and more!

I've always liked physical activities! But as an instructor and coach, I enjoy passing what I've learned on to others. It really puts a smile on my face when I see students who grow from novice beginner into the experienced warrior! Helping people who refuse to give up on their goals is what drives me. Because I know just like me, they are continuing to strive for excellence.
