My name is Dan Kyzer and I am a professional classical guitarist and instructor. In addition to teaching students from my home, I serve as the Adjunct Professor of Guitar at the University of Texas at Tyler. I hold a Master of Music from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, MA, and am quite close to finishing my Doctor of Musical Arts degree at UNT.
Students who come to me will gain a solid technical and musical foindation through learning the classical guitar. These techniques and skills can be applied to many musical genres. Music reading, music theory, and solfege are also covered in lessons.
