My first class with Uma was Excellent. Her studio is calm and quiet which exactly I was looking for. She is good at teaching Yoga, helping me do little pranayama and then do a lot of different Yoga exercises.

I don't think I have ever posted things about my son's weight, but I need to share this with you. We've had a life changing experience this past month.
