What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My school is filled with welcoming students that would help me through the process.
A new student joins the class and is first shown by example how to do a given technique. They would then be partnered up with an experienced student that would be able to aid in the development, and I would continue to give assisting details throughtout the "drilling phase".

1st degree black belt Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
