what I like about working with Dragon Palm kung fu and Tai Chi is that not only does it teach you how to protect an also defend yourself against actual attackers using vertually no muscle but it also has many heath benefits as well including feeling more energized and relaxed, an possibly healing injured limb and tendons.
My muscle tone, flexibility, and balance have improved tremendously since I began the class. Justin keeps it interesting and appropriate for all fitness levels. Breathing and relaxation practice have a positive effect on everyday stress.
