In The kitchen there's discipline and precision while cooking, but that doesn't mean that we can´t have fun while learning new techniques or recipes. I always encourage my students to find that passion about food, learn about the ingredients we will use and ways to season them so they can burst with flavor.
That look on my student's face when they create something that they thought it was impossible for them to make it. That look of wonder and joy means everything for me.
