We pride ourselves on helping students understand and execute culinary techniques used by chef.
With 13 years of professional kitchen experience and a Passion for helping people understand the nature of what we cook, our students will come away with the skills and confidence to create amazing food.
As an advid gardener , I have found a special connection with ingredients. With a new found respect for where our food comes from.
I truly enjoy helping people become more confident in the kitchen. Helping the understand the skills used by professionals chefs and how to apply them to their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in culinary management, from the arts institute of Houston. Additionally I have worked in some of the best steakhouses in Texas, along with spending 3 years as an executive chef in Iowa.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
One on one courses typically start at $50.
If we need to go shopping, we can spend time at the store, learning how to pick the optimal product .
Groups can be up to 15 people, and are charged at $50 per person.
All food based product is charged separately.
How did you get started teaching?
After spending 13 years in professional kitchens, I decided to slow things down and really had an interest in helping people who love cooking as much as I do.
