About
For my adult clients, we will set goals, we will be held accountable for reaching those goals. I have a flexible schedule and am able to accomodate most times as well as locations. Kiddos will be the same, the focus may be different, however the goals remain the same.
I am available either by text, phone or zoom for all questions that you may have, guidance and critique of technique. I respond quickly and each client will feel like the most important client.
I am devout in my faith and that drives my teaching style. To respect you, no matter whether you've never done Krav or martial arts or whether you've been doing martial arts for years. I believe in respecting everyone and all people have the right to feel safe, to feel loved and to be able to protect themselves and their loved ones.
Whether your goal is to disarm and get home safe or just to detain until someone else can arrive, we'll work until you feel like those goals have been achieved.
Teaching Krav Maga has been one of the most rewarding things I've been able to accomplish in my life. The ability to transform people that have been beat down by life, into confident, fearless individuals. To be able to train kids from 5 - 14 to stand up to bullies, to be confident in the things they do and to be respectful of others is also hugely impactful on my own life.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
On your 1st lesson we will spend a few moments breaking down and recognizing what your specific goals are. Each client is different and requires a different approach. We will warm up to get the blood flowing and to tire the body and mind a bit and will go through the basics of Krav Maga. Basic strikes, stances, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a student of Krav Maga for nearly 12 years and have been instructing for the past 5.
- KMA Level 3 Certified Instructor
- KMA Young Warriors Certified Instructor
- KMA Strikefit Certified Instructor
- 9 Round Kickboxing Fitness Certified
How did you get started teaching?
About 13 years ago I watched a program on Krav Maga on the Discovery Channel (FightQuest). I had never done martial arts but was always heavily involved in athletics. I did an intro class and never left. I spent countless hours and thousands of dollars to get as much training as I possibly could with my mentor to become as good as I could as a student with the goal of becoming an instructor. After years of hard work, blood, sweat and tears, it paid off. I went through a rigorous Apprentice program and was chosen to go through the KMW Instructor Course.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types. From beginner to advanced. From 5 years old - 80 years old. In shape and out of shape. We ALL have a start point and our journey should be unique to us.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are a fit for YOU. Make sure you feel comfortable with their background, their certifications and that they have YOUR goals in mind.
