Thanks for your interest in taking lessons with me!
My name is Bria Landry and I am your future acting/vocal coach. 30 years in the business , 22 years coaching! I provide very fun, structured lessons for students, beginner, intermediate, and advanced. My students have arranged anywhere from four years old to 70!
What you can expect:
After grasping an idea of your experience, we will start with a solid foundation and build from there. Every vocal student will learn music theory within their lessons. We will have fun activities and exercises that challenge you.
By taking lessons with me, you become a part of a bigger community of youth and adult performers. Off The Wall Performance Academy has students that perform year-round all around the world. We are based in Houston Texas, and have many opportunities for our students in this area as well, such as tv, movie and commercial roles, modeling opportunities, and more!
We love to get together, have live shows, travel, and create!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Lessons are virtual unless you are in the Houston area.
We like to take the time to get to know each of our students and allow you to get to know us . We jump into fun converstations about your goals and what you would like to get from receiving training. Once we know your goals, then we assess your skill level to design a curriculum designed around your specific needs to help you achieve and exceed your goals while also exceeding industry standards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff have nearly 200 years of combined experience in media and entertainment including , but not limited to acting, radio, dance, poetry, filmmaking, vocal performance and modeling.

What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with students from all different backgrounds, experience levels and walks of life from ages 5-65. Whether you have little to no experience or have spent your entire life in performance, we are here for you!

Our 6 year-old Dj received and Congressional Award Of Recognition
Our Director managed and coached the youth in the Chauncy Glover Project Annual Black Tie Gala for Chauncy Glover from ABC-13 News
2 of our students acted in their first full-length film last year , which will be debuting this summer
10 of our students and parents were in a paid Siemens Technology commercial
Our Director won Director of Operations of the year at the Pulse Magazine Awards
One of our 7 year old students made the front page of her local newspaper for winning the county Talent Show
Our students regularly perform on stages throughout the country.

For students looking to hire a teacher in the areas of performing arts & media I inspire you to be vocal about what your goals are and that the teacher has experience, expertise and passion in those areas.
