George Elbel @ Danny D's

I have taught guitar for 37 years . I perform locally in rock bands , and I play several styles , including rock , country , jazz , and classical guitar . Many of my students through the years continue to play , perform and teach . One of my students has gone on to Earn his doctorate in music , and is a music professor at College of The Mainland . Another of my firmer students , James Cook , is currently the bass player for Luke Bryan . I offer lessons in playing and performance , music theory , sight reading , and most important if all , learning how to play in the style and genre that interests the student . I base each student's lessons around music that they love . MY studio is located at The Guitar Hacienda , in League City , Tx .

I enjoy sharing my love for music with my students , helping them to realize that their musical goals are attainable through hard work , patience , and passion .
