I went to culinary school here in Houston, but was born and raised around Southwestern cuisine. In particular New Mexico. I had the pleasure of working on the ski resort of Vail in Colorado where I was exposed to Asian fusion cuisine. But, most of my local experiences have been in Italian restaurants (Carrabba's, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Mia Bella, and Amici's in Sugar Land.)
I love sharing my knowledge and the passion I have for cooking. I view what I do as an art that is appreciated by multiple senses. If I can teach someone the basic skills it takes to be an artist in the kitchen, then them will always create great food.
