What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Day one we do an initial assessment of the new students boxing skill level. From there you either learn the basic fundamentals of boxing or we build on the current skill level you have.

How did you get started teaching?
I have been a competitive boxer since the age of 7. Working my way up the national rankings until a lifetime disability put a derail to my career. I now fulfill my passion by teaching others the sweet science of boxing

I specialize in teaching anyone of any fitness level the fundamentals of boxing.
