About this pro

I have been a professional musician for 20 years, and have been teaching for over 10 of them. From small bars to televised theater stages, I have played hundreds of gigs. I currently teach private guitar instruction full-time and over the years, have developed a deep passion for it.

I offer guitar lessons that convey elements of Jazz, Blues, Funk, Rock, Reggae, and Pop. I also guide students through the recording process and with choosing the right gear. I have students that come from: Highland, Alpine, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Lehi, Cedar Hills, Draper, Sandy, and Orem.

Marshall helped me learn what I wanted to on guitar, but more importantly helped me learn what I didn't know I wanted to learn. Starting from a young interest in guitar hero, after several years studying with Marshall I was placed with the award winning Crescent Super Band and was able to visit areas across the US playing with them. Now I'm in college studying guitar and on my way to a career in music. I also learned how to record and produce my own music studying with Marshall.

Marshall is a dedicated instructor who absolutely gets results! Finding a guitar instructor who is professional is hard. Finding one that clicks with students and motivates them to greatness is nearly impossible. Marshall does both!

Marshall is awesome, he has worked with my son for the last 5 years or so and helped him become a true musician. What I like the most is that he doesn't just teach an instrument, he has a passion for music that he passes on to his students. I recommend Marshall to anyone I talk to that is interested in lessons for their kids.
