I teach all styles of violin, guitar, Viola, and Mandolin. My lessons involve note reading scales chords for guitar and lots of fun songs. I have over 500 tutorial videos that I have created that go along with my lessons. I also have played professionally in a large variety of venues.
I am an author of Four books. Bluegrass Guitar Lessons, Bluegrass Violin Lessons, Bluegrass Mandolin lessons, Shuffle Blues Guitar Solos.
I love teaching, playing and performing. I have been teaching and playing and performing for over fifty years.

I’m learning Viola and feel lucky to have stumbled across Mr. Speedy Beers. He’s patient, talented, and full of all the advice I needed so badly. I’m on my second month of lessons and am so happy with my progress. You get what you put into it, but I know I’ll be learning from Speedy for a long time. Bonus: if I decide to branch out to violin and guitar he’s got me covered. He does live lessons and online lessons. I prefer live lessons, but options are nice.
