In addition to learning to play the songs my student’s love, students are given training in sight reading, ear training, music theory as it relates to guitar.
Songs are often picked apart to show students how they were built and how student’s can use this understanding in writing their own music.
I consider myself very lucky to be able to make a living in a field that I love. I love teaching because I also consider myself a student of the craft.
