My influences are:B.B king, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Steve Vai, Kirk Hammett, Matt Bellamy, Muddy Waters, The Clash, the Ramones, Spoon, The Shines, Dream Theater, Iron and Wine, The Killers, Dead Kennedys, David Bowie, The Who, The Doors, Willy Nelson, Neil Young, and many many more...My guitar lessons take place in:The teacher's studioGuitar lessons typically take place on these days and hours:I teach Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3-9pm, at the Great Salt Lake Guitar Company, 362 West Center Street in Provo.Guitar Techniques:Lead guitar, Rhythm guitar, Open tuning, Fingerstyle, Slide Guitar, Vocal Accompaniment, Performance, Improvisation, Jamming Skills, Reading Music, Music Theory, Scales and Exercises, Song Writing, Guidance In Equipment SelectionYour first guitar lesson with me might include the following:I generally do an assessment with every student during the first lesson if they have some experience, and see what chords they know, and how well they can read music and understand the basics of music.
