Hello! I am David, a professional pianist with over 20 years of experience, and 5 years of piano teaching experience. Whether you are an advanced pianist wishing to improve your technique, or are at the very beginning your musical journey, you are welcome here, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help you.

My performance experience spans numerous venues in Washington, DC, New York City, and the West Coast, inclueding REACH at the Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall. I have performed with the DC Concert Orchestra and DC Chamber Music.

I have over 10 years of training in piano performance, studying under Dr. J. Mitzi Kolar, Former Music Department Head at San Diego State University, and author of the "Celebrate Piano!" series of teaching books, as well as Matthew Viator, esteemed pianist and composer based in Washington, DC and the owner of Studio V. I teach as a guest instructor for Mr. Viator for students who want to continue lessons while he is on leave. 

Rates for single lessons: 

30 Minutes: $45

60 Minutes: $75

Monthly Rate (4-lessons on average):

30 Minutes: $150 ($37.50 per lesson)

60 Minutes: $250 ($62.50 per lesson)
