Recently moved to Charlottesville to be near my family. Retired from a teaching career but want to continue to give private lessons in piano, and orchestral strings. 90% of my teaching has been on the junior college and state university levels. I hold two degrees in music; B A and M A in vocal performance and music education. I have sung male leads in several operas with the Huntsville Opera Theater and played viola in the Shoals Symphony in Florence, AL for 20 years.
I also have extensive experience in teaching piano, and orhcestral strings, and can take students on any level.
