Description about my music education organization's philosophy, experience, community, curriculum, and faculty:
Accelerando believes that teaching music is not just a profession, but a passion. The strongest teacher is one who is not only accomplished on his/her instrument, but who is also trained in HOW to teach, and loves doing so. Katie Ribik is an accomplished pianist/guitarist with 20 years playing experience. She has a BA in Music from UVA & a Music Ed Teaching Certificate from Montclair University.
