Mrs. Hudson has changed my life in more ways than one. I was a shy 3 year old when I first met Mrs. Hudson through Montessori Country School music classes. She sparked my love of music that has been with me since then. I was 5 years old and very much in love with the piano when Mrs. Hudson recommended that I start keyboard lessons. And thus my adventure in music commenced. Throughout the entire process, the stressful times before exams and the hard work that is involved in preparing for recitals, Mrs. Hudson has always supported me. There was a time during the keyboard days that I felt myself lacking, but Mrs. Hudson never failed to help me realized my musical potential. Whenever I walk into her studio, I am able to relax and focus on my instrument. Mrs. Hudson is always prepared for lessons. She not only offers immense aide to the creative process, but she is also extremely well versed in the elements of music. She listens to my needs and my desires and is able to adapt in order to increase my musical capabilities. She additionally has extensive theory knowledge which she is able to adapt into her teaching style to augment the emotionality and the connection between the musician and the piano. I am beyond lucky to have her be my teacher. I have grown so much as a pianist in the past 13 years and it is all thanks to Mrs. Hudson and her patience, talent, ambition, and love for music and her dedication to her students. I would definitely recommend her as a teacher to any student with the love for piano and music.

For the past 10 years, our children have been Mrs. Hudsons students. Mrs. Hudsons patience, joyful heart, and passion for music make her an exceptional teacher. She gently encourages her students and provides many opportunities for musical growth. My son gained a solid, lifelong skill and appreciation for music working with Mrs. Hudson for 5 years. My daughter started at age 4 in a group keyboard lesson, and now, at age 12, works with Mrs. Hudson to prepare for Royal Conservatory evaluations in music theory and piano. Preparing and progressing through the Royal Conservatory levels is a challenge that my daughter enjoys. I am most grateful that she loves music and loves sitting down to play, and I thank Mrs. Hudson for that!
