GreenSpring Academy of Music is a welcoming community offering outstanding music education to students of all ages, interests and skill levels. Students benefit from an outstanding faculty, a supportive environment and a classically-based music education.

Offering private and group instruction, ensembles, summer music programs, master classes, performances, outreach opportunities, and workshops, GreenSpring welcomes all students, from the complete novice to the professional.

GreenSpring supports the community by providing in-school and after-school music programs that incorporate performances by our students and professional musicians. Whether you are interested in the private study of an instrument, group instruction or the opportunity to grow with our nationally-recognized harp ensembles, children's choirs, chamber programs or chamber orchestra, GreenSpring is the place for you.

With two convenient locations in Richmond and multiple partner organizations, GreenSpring serves music students in the Richmond, Virginia metro area.

Our programs have been recognized nationally for educational excellence as "a national cultural treasure" by the Cultural Arts Director, US Department of State. GreenSpring's faculty of world-class professional artists are working at the top of the field and are also passionate about helping their students achieve their individual goals.
