About

I taught at Edmonds Community College until March 2019. Now retired, I teach piano, French horn, beginning brasses and beginning guitar. I have been teaching since 1988. I teach all types of piano but have a specific interest in American music and accompanying. For French horn, I teach competitive playing and orchestral repertoire. My older students can be part of a teacher training program with beginning students. I hold music degrees from Indiana University and Central Washington University. I hold a current K-12 teaching license as well.

It has been a delight to connect with students in rural areas who would otherwise not have access to lessons.
