What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First understanding what their goals are so that I can structure a program based on achieving their goals. For example the way in which I would structure a program for a fighter looking to compete and increase their performance would be different than how I would program a routine for someone looking to improve their physique or overall health.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional boxer, kickboxer, and mixed martial artists with over 20+ years of training and teaching. I have been coached by some of the world's leading sports trainers and have fought of an A class world kickboxing circuit in countries such as: Japan, Thailand, Turkey, France, and through out north America

How did you get started teaching?
Throughout my years as a fighter I also did personal training at the gym I trained at. After I retired from competing I transitioned my role from a fighter to a coach. I even tough some boxing and bootcamp classes at the YMCA I'm the past.
What types of students have you worked with?
All kinds. Kids, at risk teens, women looking improve their physique, older people looking to get active, uncoordinated individuals who want to become more athletic.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Know what you are looking to get out of your sessions. Have a clear goal in mind. Chase performance not aesthetics. Be ready to challenge yourself.
