Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A simple questionaire to determine their goals and current level of ability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If someone says they are a master they probably got their black belt at McDonalds or on Amazon.
I’m still a student and always will be, not through principal alone but through practice.
“A good teacher is merely a catalyst.” -Bruce Lee
Bruce Lee wasn’t a UFC fighter but he is right in some ways; how can I as the teacher be a good teacher if I’m not a physical barrier and catalyst to you during training? This is why I don’t teach online despite being able to make more money that way.

Muay Thai
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, gi and no gi.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
60/hr.
How did you get started teaching?
Helping friends get ready for their Muay Thai fights which turned into more.
What types of students have you worked with?
99% of the people I have trained have been adults. Most of them already had experience but people with zero experience are encouraged to try it out!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I'd say someone who doesn't claim they are a martial arts master, someone who genuinely cares about you reaching your goals, and lastly a teacher that will do more than just show you how to do things.
