Hi. My name is Wade Lance. I started dragging my dad's guitar around when I was about 5 years old. I so wanted to play... but the teachers of that day said I should be 10 years old first.

At 10 I began to take lessons... It took f o r e v e r! Six years of lessons and I still didn't feel like I could play. Then an older musician took me under his wing and began to share with me... and wow! I was finally playing what sounded like music.

Now I love to help others learn! I have developped a style of teaching that, if a studend will work at it, can boost your ability to go farther faster and learn to play for enjoyment and skillfully.

I love to see a student who has struggled to learn an instrament... they have worked and practiced... and all of a sudden one day it clicks! It all begins to connect and make sense... they are playing, having fun and making music :-)

I love watching people enjoy playing music.

I love seeing someone perform at one of our guitar recitals.
