I come from a Boxing culture and a good tradition . I was the only J.O. to make it on a Orthodox East coast Boxing Team called , The Thirty-fifth Street Warriors .
I get a sense of joy and fulfillment in helping people workout and learn about boxing . 🥊

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
As far as a boxing workout goes . I start with enough stretching and calisthenics . I then proceed on to the physical form basics of boxing like the stance,the punches the Bob& weaving movements that work the body correctly
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started learning boxing when I was eight years old . By time i was fourteen I was training in Norfolk VA with grown men . I completed for the Junior Olympics .

I charge a flat rate of $45.00
How did you get started teaching?
Through out my training and development . I always was one to help people getting started . Sometimes instructing newcomers was required of me by my Coach , George Bonds .

All skill and ability levels even under a World Champion .

The time I met recent U.S. Olympic Gold Medalist Evander Holyfield and Mark Breland who judges at one of my teams Matches .
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would ask them about their experience and compare the way they talk with other people in the profession

What are their goals ? How could the instructor help me reach my goals ? What are my strengths and weaknesses .
