Joe is awesome. I’m a very active person, but his workouts seriously are next level. We stayed at a great pace for beginners (the workouts still totally kicked my butt). After just one lesson, I was so confident about my boxing form and learned a lot about technique. I look forward to my upcoming lessons with the pro himself!

Joe, is an excellent trainer. He really pushes you to the limits and as myself being a inexperienced boxer I walked away from his course feeling like a pro.
