my name is Steve Peterson, I've been playing in electric blues and acoustic folk bands around the Seattle area for 4 decades; active in both Washington Blues Society and Victory Music - I am thoughtful and articulate, easy going and patient

guitar is a wonderful instrument; it is easy to start, difficult to master, has a nice voice & range to accompany singing, can be played in a group setting or on its own, can serve as a melody, harmony or rhythm instrument equally well, or all of them all at once; I've been trying to learn it for a long time, and I well understand the long frustration of slow progress, but also the gratifying ability to play music.
