About
My service stands out because of the relationships that I have with my sudents. There is mutual respect, kindness and gratitude with each student and my students needs and goals are a priority along their fitness journey. The success of my students is very important and that they acheive their success through fun, good health and balance is my goal as an instructor, personal trainer and fitness guide.
I love every aspect of the work I do. I love meeting new students and learning along side each student as we discover the best path for their success. I enjoy watching each student meet their goals and finding new challenges to acheive and I enjoy being a part of each students continuing journey of good health and longevity long after they have met their initial goals.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I first work with a new student, it is important for me to listen to their needs, goals and what they would like to acheive through the process of learning. I will then work with my student to develop a course of action to achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in dance and extensive experience teaching Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. I also have over 25 years experience teaching and working individually with specialized fitness programs for populations that are 60 years and older and students working with injuries and body limitations. I currently work as a fitness coach and personal trainer along side the Pilates and Ballet classes that I teach at The Ballet Studio and Senior Yoga classes that I teach in the Seattle area.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing depends on the needs of the student.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching while in college as a natural progression with my training. I found my passion and have continued to teach, train and learn for over twenty five years.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of students and all age ranges.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give to a student looking to hire a teacher is make sure that the teacher listens to your goals and what you would like to gain from the classes. It is important that the student's instructor is working to meet the needs of their student and really listening to what the student wants to acheive from their lessons and training.
