Richard Myers
About
I’m a dedicated teacher and musician and receive great personal satisfaction in helping a student achieve accomplishment in musical expression which enriches their life. Unless you are a musical prodigy, it takes hours of work and dedication and I methodically chart your course of action to build a repertory. My lessons include the technical methods of playing the notes, basic harmony, expression and finger exercises. If you’re up to the challenge - so am I. I also offer adult students the option of having their lesson at my residence in NE Seattle, if that’s more convenient.

With a BA in music and education, when people heard that they would ask me questions they had confronted themselves about music and I guess they liked my answers. After I played something they would ask if I could teach them to play as well. I merely relived my instruction and my technical musical training achieved in college.
