Piano Lessons
About
I am an experienced pianist, and I want to share the joys of music with people who want to learn. I know that starting an instrument as a beginner is often very frustrating, and learning to read music can go very slowly. Because of this, I teach chords and more modern techniques along with classical music reading. This way, students can enjoy playing songs they know while learning more difficult skills.

Frequently asked questions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had ten years of piano and musical training.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I am willing to negotiate pricing, and I take payment for each lesson individually. However, if a student becomes regular, I will take payment for several lessons at a time.
How did you get started teaching?
I have a passion for music, and I wanted to put my experience to good use by helping others learn.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who is friendly and personal. Teachers who are invested in their students are always the best.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should consider their own skill level. Have you learned to read music, or are you more familiar with chords? Are you just starting out, or have you had lessons before?
