My name is Samer Mitri, I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports medicine (NASM) & a mixed martial arts sports and conditioning specialist.
I hold a second degree black belt in Taekwondo and have been trained in Krav Maga, traveled to Thailand to train Muay Thai, and hold a Blue belt Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Through my experience as a trainer I’ve worked with all ages from young teens to 70+, helping facilitate each clients wants and needs by having them exceed their fitness goal.
I specialize helping my clients with weight loss, muscle gain, nutritional guidance, self defense, mobility and functional movement training, senior fitness.
It’s bring me joy to watch my clients transform their bodies and empower them through fitness.
