What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Personal interview, followed by a fitness level assessment. We discuss mutual goals and follow up with commitment.
Every student is a individual thus, customizing is a mist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training began at five years of age over the years I have had more than 100 Street fights. I became a professional boxer. I had two fights and a injured neck with five herniated disc‘s. After surgery, I recovered and I have been training in more complex martial arts such as Krav Maga and Israely style of Fighting.

How did you get started teaching?
I am a natural educator. I have fostered over 30 children, mentored 21 young men n, been in the military and civilian instructor. Gym owner, public speaker and helped raise 5 sisters.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Cleaning the beach in Puerto Rico and finding the tracks of a giant turtle called the “Tinglar” which it’s eggs where protected volunteers, me being party to the task.
