I am the head striking coach for crazy88 mixed martial arts in Elkridge as well as Ivey League mma in Arnold, both locations are fully equipped with heavybags and training equipment, we also have the option to purchase boxing gloves and personal gear from our pro shops!

My program has the ability to help you realize your goals through a carefully planned out step by step learning process. Learn Kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA striking for fun, fitness, self defense or competition and you will quickly find yourself pushing past barriers and achieving your goals in a fun, safe and structured environment!

Sebastian is a fantastic coach. Hes clear, pays attention to everyone in the room and is always willing to demonstrate moves again if there is any confusion. Hes also around after class for help if needed and is available for additional one-on-one training.

He WILL make you work. Theres an expectation that when you show up to class you will work your ass off. Its a good thing. Keeps me accountable.

And, dont worry if your a newbie, Sebastian breaks down concepts really well for beginners.

Coach Sebastians classes are engaging and fun, even while getting an intense workout and learning serious kickboxing skills. His well-defined system adapts to everyone from total beginners to professionals, and its developed my skills a crazy amount since I started working with him. Im not just learning HOW to throw strikes, but also WHEN and WHY to be an effective kickboxer.

I have been taking private classes with Sebastion since December 2017.

I decided to take private classes because I wanted individual accountability, a flexible schedule, and customized coaching.

As a near beginner, at first I was intimidated to be taking private lessons from someone of his caliber, but not only is Sebastion very knowledgable of his craft, he is also very personable and an excellent teacher and coach. My skill and confidence have grown significantly since starting lessons with him.
